Miss Untargeted – This is the visitor you get from Reddit, Hacker News, Drudge Report, etc… when you post a great blog. They give you that big awesome spike in traffic that never seems to result in increased conversions. They make you feel good about your traffic numbers, but really they have no intention of converting on your website. They also make your site-wide conversion numbers useless, and cause Sys Admins to pull their hair out.

The transaction stage involves providing specific incentives for visitors to buy right now. It involves “harvesting the seeds” that you planted during the awareness and comparison stages. The transaction stage is where you get down to business and ask for the sale, describing a specific product or service and providing an incentive to act right now.
Hi Brian! I enjoy reading your posts and use as much info as I possibly can. I build and sell storage sheds and cabins. The problem I have is that there are no top bloggers in my market or wikipedia articles with deadlinks that have to do with my market. 95% of my traffic and sales are generated via Facebook paid advertising. Would love to get more organic traffic and would be interested in your thoughts concerning this.
“We are very satisfied with Webvisitors.net services, we order the regular traffic to gain advantage in Alexa rank and they truly deliver it, their service is very friendly and quick too, recommended for all webmaster. Their price is the cheapest of all traffic site that i ever try, not even PTC could beat their price plan. I’m a reseller of their Traffic plan too now, and had gain some nice revenue from it, A+++++.”
Hack #1: Hook readers in from the beginning. People have low attention spans. If you don’t have a compelling “hook” at the beginning of your blogs, people will click off in seconds. You can hook them in by teasing the benefits of the article (see the intro to this article for example!), telling a story, or stating a common problem that your audience faces.
Hey Karola, Great article I red today, I have a started a shopify store and learning facebook marketing. I literally did not know that there are such smarter ways to target customers on facebook. I installed Trackify App and reading their articles to optimize ads and I read the same stuff on their blog but was little bit confused to start all in one go.
Some people will tell you that guest blogging is no longer effective, but with a strategic approach, guest blogging can still be one of the best ways to generate website traffic. The most important thing is to blog on sites that are relevant to your audience so that you generate high-quality traffic. Offer a lead magnet to entice new visitors over to your website, and return the favor by asking other writers to guest post on your site too, then share that content on social media. Don’t limit yourself to written posts either -- podcasts, Instagram takeovers and YouTube guest appearances are all highly effective in 2018 and beyond.

As you’ll notice, the most popular parts of these hotspots are bright yellow or orange. If the nav bar links or search field are blue (a much cooler, more subdued color), then there’s something about your site people are not finding useful, or they don’t trust. If embedded links in content are blue, that means visitor aren’t clicked. Why? It could be that visitors are getting the information they want right away and then leaving.
