Step 8: Use e-mail marketing to attract repeat visitors. Getting lots of traffic to your site is great, but if you aren't collecting the contact information--the names and e-mail addresses--of visitors, you're wasting every single click. If visitors leave your site without buying your product, there's a good chance they won't ever be back--and you'll have absolutely no way of following up with them.
We should warn you that we can not guarantee the improved performance of your website. How well the visitors from our traffic convert is totally dependent on your website. For starters it depends on what kind of website you have, as you might imagine, a website that sells expensive smartphones would logically have lower conversion rate than a simple online shoe store
It works like any other promotion. For example, if you pay Google to promote you, people are using Google to find something they will get your domain in some sense like a little add one some part of their screen. Now among those you have the ones who are paid per click that might a good choice for you. But I personally prefer buying traffic in a bulk.

This cast are the reason your overall visits mean nothing. These people represent the 98% of people you get daily but are not converting. I could give you a million hits today, but if they are the people in this group, you’ll see $0 out of it. The key to improving conversions is first getting a handle on what type of visitors are likely to convert in the first place, and then optimizing your site to convert those that are not converting now for some reason (some of the above have the potential, but your website has deficiencies that prevent them from doing so).
Hi will, this traffic is meant more for increasing your ranking positions in Google than it is for getting sales with which in turn will inevitably increase sales/optins etc. It's unlikely you'll get sales/optins with this traffic. As said, Ii's meant more for increasing your ranking positions in Google than it is for getting sales with which in turn will inevitably increase sales/optins etc. You may, but I can't guarantee that like I can ranking improvements. I’ve always been one to create great content, but now I see it may not necessarily be the right content. Can Share Triggers work for all niches including things like plumbing companies, computer repair, maybe even handy men that have a website for their business? I would say I’m estimating half the views a month as I should. Hopefully some of these strategies will help.

Organic traffic is the traffic you get when people follow links from a search engine results page and land on your site. Organic traffic contrasts with referral traffic which comes from links on other sites, and paid traffic, which is traffic resulting from ads. You can boost organic traffic by using content marketing, and by optimizing that content with SEO. Well-optimized content is more likely to get a high search ranking, and attract more clicks and traffic.

In order to buy goods, the buyer registers on the site, enters their data. Then the store starts sending information about discounts. This is sure to please regular customers, and those who bought the goods only the first and last time, can cause irritation. As a result, instead of attracting customers to the site, you can alienate them and cause hostility to yourself. Therefore, each case has to be approached in different ways. If you analyze the actions of the client, his purchases, track the views - this will be a figure of aerobatics. Popular online platform SendPulse (https://sendpulse.com/features/e...) allows to use segmentation to avoid any misunderstandings.
Brian, great post as always! Question: Do you consider authority sites (industry portals) a form of “influencer marketing?” e.g. guest blogging, etc? In some niches there are not so many individuals who are influencers (outside of journalists) but there are sites that those in the industry respect. I am in the digital video space and for me one site is actually a magazine that is building a very strong digital presence. Thanks, keep up the good work!
Google is currently been inundated with reconsideration requests from webmasters all over the world. On public holidays the Search Quality teams do not look at reconsideration requests. See below analysis. From my experience it can take anywhere from 15-30+ days for Google to respond to reconsideration requests; during peak periods it can even take longer.
Finally, there’s the source of the traffic you will get to consider. It’s undeniable that some sellers do resort to bots, but they are getting easier to identify by the day. Most legitimate traffic sellers will allow customers to choose where their traffic is coming from based on geography and quality. To buy traffic that converts, you’ll need to keep this in mind.
Web Traffic Guidance: WTG is a fast way of getting traffic to your website and works especially well while you’re waiting for your ranking to climb with Googles organic search. RT is traffic that is gathered from the internet and redirected to where ever you want it to go. This can be good source for targeted traffic. Your traffic is generated from the different sources. The price for this traffic is literally pennies per click, so it’s very easy to determine whether or not it’s worth it without spending a lot of money.
Once you decide which kind of traffic you want to buy, it’s time to compare some prices. Of course, you may decide to go with a combination of traffic directing deals. This means, in order to calculate the cost, you’ll need to add up all of them together. When it comes to pay-per-click, prices can vary greatly. It all depends on where your ad or link is placed. For example, an ad on a high traffic website with great click-through rates is going to cost you a lot more than one on a smaller site. Also, when you pay for those top sponsored search spots, you do tend to pay a high price.
Miss Untargeted – This is the visitor you get from Reddit, Hacker News, Drudge Report, etc… when you post a great blog. They give you that big awesome spike in traffic that never seems to result in increased conversions. They make you feel good about your traffic numbers, but really they have no intention of converting on your website. They also make your site-wide conversion numbers useless, and cause Sys Admins to pull their hair out.
incredible post and just what i needed! i’m actually kinda new to blogging (my first year coming around) and so far my expertise has been in copy writing/seo copy writing. however link building has become tedious for me. your talk about influencing influencers makes perfect sense, but i find it difficult for my niche. my blog site is made as “gift ideas” and holiday shoppers complete with social networks. i get shares and such from my target audience, but i find that my “influencers” (i.e etsy, red box, vat19, etc.) don’t allow dofollow links and usually can’t find suitable sources. I guess my trouble is just prospecting in general.
There are also risks associated with expired domains: The invested sum for the purchased domain is only worthwhile if the website really brings traffic and has a good reputation. In the worst case, you 'inherit' any liabilities the abandoned domain might have – for example, problems with bots, spam attacks, or Google warnings. It is therefore very important to find out as much as possible about the relevant domain in advance.
