An e-commerce store: You can buy traffic, but think for a second. Do you really think that they will purchase an item of your’s?. Try to get a targeted country wise or age appropriate set of customer mail list in case of an e-commerce website. In order to find this, you will have to research in the dark web and deep web. Thanks for the comment, I would not say it is impossible to create high quality backlinks from scratch without content, you just need to do a review on competitor backlinks and see if their are any easy targets. We have had some good luck in the education space acquiring links on the same pages as competitor from PR5+ edu sites. It all revolves around the outreach strategy in which you put in place.
Next look at where your most valuable traffic is coming from. I would do this by going to Sources->All Traffic, clicking ECommerce at the top, and then sorting by Ecommerce conversion rate.
