The best targeted traffic you can buy is probably Google AdWords. Google is the most well known search engine and the biggest source of online traffic on the internet. When building an online business of any kind, Google needs to be part of your marketing strategy and the more you learn how to harness the power of Google the more successful your business will become.
Every engine has a slightly different process for site submission, and it pays to follow their guidelines. For example, there's a fee to list your site in the directory at Yahoo!, but Google doesn't charge for their submission process. Here's a tip: If you submit your site exactly as they ask, you stand a better chance of getting a good listing on the first page of search results.

What makes an expired domain especially attractive is how beneficial it is for a website’s off-page search optimization. In the ideal case, the existing backlink structure can be kept and used. This saves a lot of work, as there’s now less pressure to continuously build inbound links. Generally, the value of a website grows organically over several years. The value of the domain increases with the search engine ranking and backlinks. The acquisition of an expired domain is a great opportunity for website operators to shorten this long path.
For me as an expert SEO this service is crucial, i purchase it to each customer i get in my Seo services portfolio; sessions are immediately visible in Google Analytics and considers them as coming from theselected keywords. Usually a package from 30k means an increase of about 5 positions if in the first page, and if the site is in the second or more, the increase of at least 10 positions monthly. Marco L.
Great article as always. My wife is about to start a business about teaching (mainly) Mums how to film and edit little movies of their loved ones for posterity (www.lovethelittlethings.com launching soon). We have always struggled with thinking of and targeting relevant keywords because keywords like ‘videography’ and ‘family movies’ don’t really some up what she is about. Your article ties in with other learnings we have come across where we obviously need to reach out to right people and get them to share to get her product out there because purely focusing on keywords I don’t think will get us anywhere.
The article received 6 million clicks and was even shared personally by Trump! The winner of the US presidential election had already used a fake news article to attack political opponents, question the legitimacy of the Obama administration, and disparage the media. This practice accompanied his rise from reality TV star to the highest elected US official.
While short-tail keywords are often searched more frequently, it is more difficult to rank for them on search engines. Targeting long-tail keywords, on the other hand, gives you a better chance of ranking higher (even on the first page) for queries specific to your products and services—and higher ranking means more traffic. Plus, as search engines and voice-to-text capabilities advance, people are using more specific phrases to search online.

Here’s the good news. Since we looked at mobile page speeds last year, the average time it takes to fully load a mobile landing page has dropped by seven seconds.1 The bad news is that it still takes about 15 seconds, according to our new analysis. That’s far too slow when you consider that 53% of mobile site visits leave a page that takes longer than three seconds to load.2
In 2014, the number of mobile internet users surpassed the number of desktop users. Out of the 243 million active internet users in July 2014, only 58 million were desktop users. The rest relied heavily on their mobiles for internet usage. This is why we can say with confidence that mobile traffic is the future. The experts at Keriganmarketing.com predict that mobile web traffic is on the rise. In order to make money from a website, you need traffic. There are tons of ways to get traffic, from the slow growth word of mouth build to the instant traffic purchase. Millions of blog posts on thousands of websites have been dedicated to ways to increase your traffic over the last two decades. Perhaps one of the most attractive options is the instant growth infusion of a web traffic purchase.
What do these stats mean? First, these are from a profile I use that broadly groups types of content into single URLs. This site has over one million URLs, and I find most useful to categorize everything into types of pages (you can do this with filtered profiles in GA, which is probably the topic of another post). You can see the Index page of the site is how most people are entering by far. 22% bounce immediately, meaning something about the home page felt completely wrong for whatever those people were looking for. We’ll examine how to improve that number in future posts. You’ll notice a few popular blog posts have much higher bounce rates. These are the “Miss Untargeted” that are coming to your site for one-off content, but are probably not interested in buying whatever you are selling. It is interesting to note that one blog only has a bounce rate of 50%, indicating there is something about that post that invites people to dig further into your site.
Theoretically you could be buying traffic from someone who places the link to your website in some hidden way and potentially harmful for your business, for example let’s say you are selling ebooks and they guy whom you paid for that traffic is posting backlinks on website that have no connections to your niche, for example, some selling cars forum or something similar and he is basically baiting people into clicking to that hyperlink.
Remember all those visitors hitting the “Back” button I mentioned earlier? There's hope for regaining their attention using exit intent technology programs. These are tools that track visitor mouse movement. If it appears the visitor is about to bounce, that visitor will be presents with a message or offer in a last-ditch effort to help them stay on the page.
However, if you select a multiple a month delivery time span, the number of daily visitors will decrease accordingly. For example, if you select 3,000 visitors/day with a delivery time span of TWO months, this would decrease the number of daily visitors to 1,500/day accordingly (totaling 90,000). Ordering 3,000 visitors/day with a delivery time span of 3 months, would in turn decrease the number of daily visitors to 1,000/day (totaling 90,000). If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
When analyzing your website’s statistics, you first must remove visits from robots so that you can isolate traffic from actual human beings. Then, you can filter out visitors that would clearly be irrelevant to you. If you only do business in a specific geographical area, any visits that originate far outside that area are not likely to ever become a customer. You can also filter out traffic that is not likely to be of great quality based on language.
Go to local events or Meetup events and connect with bloggers in your industry. An example of an event I run to connect with bloggers and people in the online marketing word is: http://www.meetup.com/Online-Marketing-Sydney/. Make friends first and then try to gain guest posts later. I am not really a fan of websites which are flooded with guest posts one after another; it is the type of thing which Google is just waiting to target.
For that last part, stick with four sentence paragraphs and three paragraph articles. This helps make visitors feel more at home and enjoy reading on their computer. More to the point, it’s also a way to put a location on where you are as far as reading priority goes. The better your content, the better your location, which all those hrs spent worth it.
I started a movie blog last October http://thefilmbox.org/ and have been working ever since to grow the site as a way of generating a secondary income for my family. I knew the road would be long and hard but had no idea how frustrated I’d get blogging. Some days are awful, nobody it seems visits or likes what you’re doing. Others are great. Yesterday for example I broke my record for views in a day, currently 18,902 off of 17,728 visitors from a reddit post that took off. But today my traffic is back to a trickle. My daily average views are about 400-500. Sometimes more, but hardly less.
I really enjoyed your post, im building my own business from the ground up making custom furniture, lighting, and home decor. it took me a year to launch my website and now im trying to invite more traffic and ways for clients and interested parties to share my content and start buying my product. I liked the idea of Share triggers… im going to be incorporating that into my social media strategies. Any advice would go a long way. thanks again Brian

The latest research from Google underscores the importance of having a mobile-friendly website. As consumers continue to spend more time on mobile devices, mobile page load speeds are critical to a good user experience. Over 50% of mobile users abandoning sites that take longer than three seconds to load, but most web pages take a lot longer to load, creating a significant gap between consumers' expectations and most businesses' mobile capabilities.
